I have several similar units but this one has two bad faults. First the carousel is supported by the ends of rough screws that slide around the stamped groove in the vertical support - They would soon cut into the thin steel shaft and fail causing the entire thing to fall to the shelf which would open all the valves in the process. I returned it for the above reason and got an exact replacement in about three days (Their replacement service was excellent including cross shipment of the products and quick credit). I had thought perhaps a bushing was missing. When I found the second one to have the same problem, I got around this poor design by: #1. Using slightly longer crews and #2. Placing two quarters on the top of the shaft to act as a bearing. I was happy that this solution would have made it useable but things got worse in the quality area. As soon as I set it up, I found that the valves are stiff (which could cause problems) AND Two of them Dripped. All of this resulted in the only conclusion I could reach. First, that the buyer should not have to "rig" the unit right out of the box. Second, poor valves are unacceptable, Period. This unit is not worth the frustration. I replaced it with a six bottle "black and chrome" unit that uses the "push-up" (read Squeeze) style valves and it not only works great and actually cost a couple of bucks less.
