This a great product, easy to work with and gets the knives hellish sharp.There are other products of the same brand out there that are much more expensive and I’m sure do a great job as well but this work plenty well. Trust me, you can’t/don’t need to get your knives any more sharper!

Takes a lot of time and edge only gets pretty good. Honing improves edge, but not as sharp as a new knife.
