I used the Melissa & Doug Sushi Slicing Wooden Play Food Set for a kids' sushi-making activity at a party I recently planned, and it was a huge hit! The set includes everything the little chefs needed to pretend they were making their own sushi—complete with a wooden knife and pieces of sushi to slice apart. Maybe the nicer brands ruined me

I don't know if brands like Grimm and Lovevery have spoiled me,but this toy was not it. I am confused because I thought this was a tried and true brand of quality. Smelled horribly when package was opened and paint is chipping off. Nothing extreme,but not expected and not worth any money to me. Sad bcuz the idea and set would be cute of quality control was there maybe it's a what's going on in the world right now kind of issue
