Spectrum Wall Mount Paper Towel Holder

This dispenser is one step up from the fold-flat dispensers sold in the paper towel aisle of your grocery store. It's a good step, but, unfortunately, one that involves some detail work on the dispenser. There is a flashing nub on each of the hubs, where the towel roll's center tube will ride. There is also feather flashing around the hub (see photo). The flashing needs to be removed with a utility knife or Dremel tool, so that the paper towel roll can freely turn in the dispenser. There's more flashing on a seam that runs all the way around the dispenser, at the center -- a minor appearance detail for an item in this class... you couldn't really remove it, if you wanted to. The dispenser looks fine in normal viewing, but, it will not win any prizes for elegance.A large roll of towels fits the dispenser, and, the tension on the roll is about right.
