Easy install

needed to replace old heater. The new one works great, lots of heat coming through. Was easy to hook up, took less than 5 min.

Failed Thermostat

The thermostat in this heater has failed after 2 months. There isn't a way to clearly communicate with Amazon or the vendor to get the item repaired or replaced.
