Quality’s Gone Down Hill

I’ve been buying these coil candle refills for the last 5 years. I never had a problem until now. I bought this candle in June, 2025 to use for daily meditation. Unfortunately, recently, the wick pulled out of the candle. The cordage for the wick is too short so as I’ve been working through the candle coils, the wick’s been pulling free of the candle further down. I tried fixing it but it’s too defective to be of use. I love these candles but the quality has really gone down hill. If I could give this candle no stars I would. I’m including a picture of what’s left plus what I had to cut to try and fix it.
