You can get it in Brown!

Lancome makes the best mascara and you can get it in brown. Lots of time brown is not an option, so Lancome is my go-to. It' never flakes, lasts all day and gives great length.

Great mascara, but don't buy from here.

Update: I caught the brown variation on sale, and decided to try it because I love the black, and the brown only comes in the full size. However, what I received was an OPENED black in a box with a sticker that says it's brown. 🙄 I don't feel safe using it, and WHY they thought no one would notice is beyond me. This is a high-end product; they don't sell it in an opened container with no seal! And black is not brown! Take my advice: buy this, but buy it somewhere else. Same goes for ALL makeup. Amazon knows this fraudulent stuff goes on and does nothing to stop it. Original review: I personally prefer the natural, "no makeup" makeup look for myself. Other people can look gorgeous with lots of makeup, but I don't feel comfortable in a ton of makeup myself. So, this mascara was a great find! It lengthens and darkens my blonde lashes without adding the amount of volume that is a total giveaway that I'm wearing makeup. I have tried everything, including dying my lashes (that was a painful experience I'd rather forget) in order to have darker lashes without the heavy volume that mascara gives me. My lashes are naturally long and full, but they're so light-colored that you can't even see them when I'm not wearing mascara. So, mascara has not given me a darker lash without looking sticky and heavy...until now. It does make them a bit longer than usual, but it doesn't seem to add much volume - which is perfect for my purposes. It also builds pretty fast, so it doesn't take ages to adhere to the lash like some of the mascaras that promise defined lashes but are just watered down formulas that barely work at all and start drying and caking by the second or third layer. I took off one star for two reasons that are really just one reason: price. I purchased the travel size because I never use up all of a tube of mascara before buying a new one because I don't usually use a tube of mascara longer than a month before I switch it out for hygienic reasons. So, it doesn't make economical sense for me to buy a full size tube of any mascara. However, the wand on the travel size is so short that I have difficulty getting the corners without adding a little extra volume that, as I've established, I don't want. However, the formula itself is so good and the brush part of the wand works so well defining the lashes without making them thicker that I would still recommend this product over ANY other for anyone attempting to create a natural look - especially those with blonde or white lashes. It's a holy grail product, for sure, but it's not prefect. If you're like me, and you DON'T want that heavy makeup look for your lashes, this is for you. If you do prefer a thicker look, there are plenty of them on the market, but this one is for a long, defined, unnaturally natural look - if that makes sense. The only one that comes close is Tightline by It. I even chose to wear it on my wedding day, but Tightline takes much longer to build on the lash; I've also never been able to find a travel size of Tightline, and I'm not spending more than $20/month for darker lashes. The Lancôme Définicils is going to be my new everyday, go-to, and it's now on my subscribe and save.
