The case is cute and easy to drop in your purse or pocket. However the tabs get caught inside and you get dust and cracked tabs. Each tab is HALF a packet. Which is good to know. In a 20oz coffee I use 8 packets, so that's 16 tabs. I actually put them in a tictac case.
