great markers - pricey if used a lot
By Gertrude on Reviewed in the United States on July 12, 2015
We keep these markers as a special fun activity to be used at doctor's office waiting rooms mostly. I got them after my son wrote on some chairs with crayons at the pediatricians office and I was frantically trying to clean it up with baby wipes. No more worries with these. These also work well in church, restaurants and as an unsupervised activity at home or a hotel. My only complaint is that because they only work on the 'magic paper' you have to have magic paper or coloring books available. You have to monitor that the kids close the lids well so that the markers don't dry out prematurely. And there is a bit of a lag time between writing and having the color appear on the paper. Otherwise, these are a great product and deserve 5 stars as it delivers exactly what it promises: mess free drawing and coloring.

Delayed

While I liked idea of these being “mess free” it’s not worth it if you have a toddler. My daughter is freshly 2 and she does not care for these because they take too long to show up on the paper after she has drawn on it. I don’t think it’s beneficial to a toddler because they don’t understand why this is happening, or that they have to use specific paper for them to work. She much prefers the regular washable markers which wash off very easily from any material. Recommend them over these 100%.
