In the instructions, the word "insure" is used a few times, incorrectly. This shows they were unconcerned with the editorial portion of their offering, which is important. They either went cheap and hired a second-rate copywriter or didn't bother with an editor. Or both. The presentation of the instructions were not customer-friendly: not properly spaced, font too small, poorly written. This speaks volumes about the organization and their concern about the customer experience. So, I'm not surprised the product didn't work. Can't be trusted. On top of everything, I got the feeling, given the packaging, that when I received it, it was indeed a return.
