Perfect Fit

I just obtained a heavy wood TV stand. It is a cabinet type of stand with two shelves and two doors. The color is a dark brown that is almost identical to the color of the sliders. My heavy lifting days are behind me but I have a Lift Buddy that solves lifting problems when installing furniture sliders. These slides not only match the color but the size of the square legs as well. They look really great, the best sliders under any piece of furniture that I own. In addition to the outstanding appearance these sliders also perform exceptionally well. The TV stand does not move if just if it is just lightly pushed. It takes a bit of effort to slide it around. I am not talking gorilla type effort but the type of effort that requires a reasonable amount of energy such as the average housewife would possess. These are far and away the best sliders I have ever owned and will be my slider of choice when more are needed.

Very dissapointed

They look good and probably work great on carpet, but I needed glides for porcelain and very smooth floors. The claim that they can be used on all surfaces I think is incorrect They look padded in the photo and are, but the padding goes towards the furniture leaving hard plastic as the slide surface. They seem to be well made, but in my opinion for use on carpet only.
