Tactix Three-Drawer Portable Steel Tool Box

After reading the previous review and looking around for a sturdy toolbox that would be able to hold up over time and wear, I thought this would be the one. Perhaps I would have a different story to tell if what I had actually ordered arrived, but I post this here as a caution to all other buyers. What I got in the mail was not the 3 drawer but rather the 2 drawer, in red and not black, and completely damaged - paint was chipped, metal was dented, and one of the drawers did not even stay properly shut. Completely questionable quality. I wonder, where is the pride this company should have in its so called great product? It looks as if they just took another item that someone else had returned and threw it into a new box with a different label and tried again. I read in the news today that Germany grew 2.2% in the 2nd quarter, driven by strong manufacturing exports. We grew by 0.6%. This type of product is the evidence - no pride in quality or delivering the right product to the customer. Additionally, this item by default comes with a replacement and not refund option. Hmm, I wonder why? I had to explain the situation to customer service (twice) to override this. Buyers, you've been warned!
