Cooks Fantasticly!

LOVE this pan - it's my new favorite. Sears well, no warping as yet, cleans up well. It's thick on the bottom, so I don't think there will be any warping, though I don't put the pan at highest temp - just enough to sear for a good dark gravy. I've never had stainless to clean up as well as this pan does and it's well worth the price. I would recommend this to anyone because it does its job with no problem and even scorching comes clean. I wish I could afford to have a whole set like this. As you can see, I'm enjoying this product. Thanks USA Pan!!!

Nice, but there's some cutting corners with this pan

Overall, I love the pan. It has good weight on it, it cooks everything very well and it's easy to clean (handwashed with soapy water with no fuss). BUT, the lid could use extra thickness - the screws used to attach the handle t the lid literally pierced through to the other side, hence there are like two holes showing on the inside of the lid. Otherwise, they can do what All Clad do, and that's placing stainless steel screw covers on the inside of the lid. Yeah, moving forward, I'd rather pay more but get an All Clad.
