My MilkyWay bars were delivered in pristine condition. They were packed for a summer delivery in May, with the temperature at 80°F. A+ all around.

MORE Cooling required

The amount of cool packs should be dictated by the expected temperature during a two day shipping. Especially with chocolate products. The candy bars arrived very soft with some of them melted. VISTAR RETAIL EAST should have shipped the candy with more cold packs or a different method of cooling. This would not have been a problem with cooler temperatures but 95F+ is not cool.
