Lifesaver for my cats health
By Emily A. Weissman on Reviewed in the United States on February 16, 2014
I discovered this product over 7 years ago. It was given to one of my cats who couldn't keep food down. Now it's a staple in all of my cats diets, all 4 of them. It has literally saved my other cat who a few years ago started throwing everything up. I found after trial and error that he is allergic to chicken, and sensitive to wheat, gluten and grains. I put a 1/4 tsp in every can of wet food and it has turned him into a different cat, a happy cat. At one point he lost so much weight, but then I remembered this powder and started giving it to him every day in his food. He gained the weight back and it also helps him w his hair balls. It helps him to throw them up, he is a long haired cat and the hair balls would make him sick for days as he would not expel them up easily. I feel digestive powder is good for all cats healthy or not. It has become a staple in my cats diets along w a good probiotic. I highly recommend this product to any pet owner. It's tasteless, and you can also mix w water and feed it to an ill pet w a syringe, as I've also done on a few occasions. I used to use the original product but recently wanted to try the dairy free version. The plus means it is based in rice starch instead of lactose base. This product works just as good or better than the original. I just thought since a couple of my cats are sensitive and have food allergies it would probably be best to go with the plus formula since it is dairy free.

At max dose didn't work for my German Shepherd
By TrainerDi on Reviewed in the United States on February 28, 2019
I've been adding this to my dog's food for 4 months. There wasn't a change the first few week so I upped the dose to the maximum per their directions. I thought maybe it had been working, but wasn't 100% sure since I hire a service to take care of the lawn so don't see all of her doodies. But as I sit here looking out the window watching my dog eat her poop (and having JUST ate her breakfast btw) I am convinced that this has been a waste of time and money. Sigh. I really wanted this to work.
