MAGFORMERS 63076 Rainbow 30 PC Set

I put these in my purse with a couple of little animals and "guys" for when we're out and about. My 5 year old makes little houses for the little figures or builds triangles and squares and crushes them. It's a fine little set for the purse, but honestly it is too small for any level of regular play. You'd need to have a whole bunch of these sets or a bigger set for any actual creativity to emerge. I was hoping they would be as nice as magnatiles where each piece clicks together nice, but the edges on these pieces are rounded and meet up awkwardly and have to be adjusted to line up. Even my dexterous adult hands had some trouble putting an 6-sided triangle thing together. My 5 year old tried to copy me and gave up and put them away, but he's not one to power through until he finishes.
