Livingware Spring Pink 16pc Set

I grew up with Corelle and recently decided it was time to get some more dishes and started viewing all the Corelle patterns, sick of heavier chunky plates, I wanted Corelle because they are super thin, lightweight, yet sturdy and wash so well too. I saw this set and thought it was perfect (love pink and red) and it turned out to be such a lovely set - actually makes me so happy each time I see them, so soon I want to add to my first set by doubling up. The price is great for a set of four, and would make a great gift for someone's first apt or home. As far as durability - I still have some saucers from a set my grandmother owned! -- The large dinner plate is is about 10 1/4" wide -- The dessert plate is 7" wide -- The mugs are 3 inches inner lip to other inner side wide and 4 inches high-- -- The soup bowls are 6 1/4 " wide and approx. 2 " high I also use the small white bowls you can by separately for my cat's hard food and the smaller sized plates that are in this set, for his wet food. If you are sick of the chunkier style plates taking up to much room in your cabinets when stacked, or washing/handling the heavier plates, like I was, Corelle is the way to go. They have such a variety of patterns I look forward to mixing and matching as well. Overall I highly recommend this set and I will be back for more.
