helped relieve my knee pain

Having knee arthritis is no fun and I was starting to get serious pain at night preventing me from getting a good nights sleep. A friend recommended I get a pillow of some sort for my knee. Went straight to amazon and found this pillow. It has honestly made all the difference in the world. The very first night I used the pillow I had no knee pain and was able to get a good nights sleep. The pillow is designed to alleviate lower back pain and knee pain. The pillow is kind of small and the photo is somewhat misleading as a normal sized man will not be able to put both legs on the pillow and be comfortable. I measured the pillow and its only 16" long. Not a big deal for me as I only need it under one leg but it would be an issue if you needed to use it under both legs. Bottom line is it worked for me and helped me sleep pain free. I recommend it for knee pain relief. Pricing is good too. Bed, Bath & Beyond had a similar pillow for quite a few bucks more.

Not wide enough...

It seems to be an issue with most of these things, but they are just not long or wide enough. I guess if the user is the type who keeps their legs together the entire time, then it's effective, but I don't know anyone who can lay still without moving at all (unless they are in a coma). My legs are already right at the edge of this pillow to begin with, and I'm not that tall at all, I can just imagine someone of average height and weight. Returning this one.
