Works like a charm to keep dog out of front seat
By shopper on Reviewed in the United States on May 27, 2016
My very anxious German Shepherd likes to climb back and forth from the back row to the front seat while we are in the car. Once this went up she tried once to get around the headrests on the door side and then sat down on the seat and rode like a perfect passenger. She is super smart, but did not try to get under it or pull it down. I think she now understands where she needs to ride. Installation was easy, and I quickly adjusted the straps to fit my car. It is a little weird if the two front seats are set differently, though it did not affect the performance. Taking it down was easy, and I folded it up and stored it in the seat pocket. I would prefer if the buckles snapped or used velcro for easier installation each time I need it, but it is still worth it. This was not expensive and will save lots of aggravation and potential danger by keeping my dog in the back seat.

Very flimsy looking
By I*Shop*Alot on Reviewed in the United States on June 18, 2024
We have a dog that loves to try to climb over to the front which is dangerous when driving. So after numerous searching, I came across this as it was similar to my idea of what might work for us. Despite the reviews, I figured it would perhaps work for us even if it didn’t for others. In this case, sometimes it’s good to go with reviews. CONS: It arrived with damaged screen which seems like it was due to Velcro coming in contact with the net. As for stability I doubt this would have lasted. It’s super flimsy that I guarantee my dog would have broke through the net as the netting is super thin. I could pretty much break through with my finger if I tried. VERY difficult to fold back to put away. PROS: Assembling looked easy to attach to head rest. The size seemed decent for an SUV. Unfortunately had to return it.
