Tall Pilsner 13.5 oz Set of 2

Best beer glasses money can buy! The thin glass is what makes these superior, it allows the beer to be kept cooler longer!

I found them too thin and one broke too easily. I assume they're designed this way for enhanced flavor, so that may just be the trade off, but the thinness did make me nervous and ultimately I threw the second one away after the first one broke.

I've found these and similar Spiegelau beer glasses to be very thin and easily breakable. I bought two of these tall pilsner glasses, two regular pilsner glasses, and two tulip-shaped glasses. As soon as I got them I washed them in the sink, thinking I was being careful, yet one of these tall glasses came out in multiple pieces. The glasses are nice to drink out of, but they must be treated very gingerly. I certainly would not trust these in a dishwasher, nor would I want to use them during a party where guests might be a bit tipsy.

My wife bought a pair of these for me and I really enjoy my IPAs in these glasses. They are tall and quite elegant. Yes, they are quite thin and should be hd washed just like any fine wine glass. Obviously hand made because they are not perfectly round, like machine molded glasses, you can feel it when you hand wash them. I plan to buy another set to give to a friend.

The product description says this is an 11 1/2 ounce glass. In reality it holds15 ounces (this can be confirmed on the Spieglau website). Since most beer is sold in a 12 ounce bottle or can, this is a perfectly proportioned glass, providing room for the beer and about 1 1/2 inches head. I would love to find beer glasses for other styles in a 15 ounce version. If you’re going to enjoy a fine Pilsner, you deserve to enjoy it in a glass such as this. I was concerned that they might be fragile, but this turns out not to be the case. These have been used weekly for the last three months and put in the dishwasher each time. I have also accidentally tipped these over on a kitchen counter and a stone-topped coffee table, with no breakage. Highly recommended.

Best glass I've ever had, in past 50 years. Thinnest glass possible, enables a perfect head.

Glasses are alms 9" tall. Amazon description didn't include height. I love this size. It's thin but appears sturdy. I accidentally hit it on my sink rim while washing it and it didn't break. Five stars!

We love these glasses. Take good care of them and they will be your favorite glass. They are definitely fragile with that laser cut lip.

Gift for my husband last year at Christmas. We've used these a bunch and love them. They have worn well, and they look great.
