Nifty Nespresso Capsule Carousel, 40 Pod Storage

I made a mistake of ordering before noticing that this wouldn’t work with Vertuo pods. As such, I had to return the product and find something else. My only complaint is that I did not receive the full refund amount even though I returned the product in immaculate condition, in all the original packaging, exactly the way it arrived. I literally opened it, took it out of the box, noticed it wouldn’t work and put it back in to return it. It might have been out of the box for all of 5 minutes. I was forced to pay for return shipping, which is fine, but the shipping label wasn’t prepaid after they took the dang fee out of my return, so I had to pay for shipping at the UPS store so that they would take it and ship it back. Then they charged me a shipping fee out of my refund. I am OCD with packaging as my family will tell you. I made this return as easy as possible for them to resell and yet it cost me over $10 (50% the cost of the darn product) to return it. Had I know that, I’d have just kept it and gifted it to someone or sold it myself. My advice is to be careful with returns from this reseller. Other than that, the actual product is great.
