Three years of use and still look beautiful

I own two Venetian benches, one Venetian chair, and two end tables all produced by Outdoor Interiors. The seats are very comfortable, durable, and easy to assemble. The manufacturing quality is superb. They are made of Brazilian Eucalyptus which is dense, strong, and rot resistant. I accidentally damaged two slats this past winter and have found customer support from Outdoor Interiors beyond compare. An email from their website describing my plight was answered within hours and now I have replacement slats in the mail (without charge). Tim C. at Outdoor Interiors exemplifies what customer support should be. I have nothing but praise for this company and these benches.

Disappointed, Not as expected, not very sturdy. One rail was broken and a chunk was out of another.

Nicely built product from what I can see so far. Putting together is a breeze and the chair is sturdy. I have put 2 coats of Oil for protection and it definitely made the chair a better looking and pricey, at least according to my quest. This is a good step away from all the plastic outdoor furniture out there and I am really enjoying the entire set.

This is a beautiful bench and well worth the cost. The design is contemporary and comfortable to sit on. The instructions were limited to an illustrated picture but this was sufficient. We added wood glue to the dowels to make the connections stronger. We add glue for all wood assembly projects. We have yet to oil the bench with Linseed per the manufacturers advice.

Finish isn't perfect and color is a little more brown than in the pictures but it is quite sturdy and assembly is easy. Fairly comfortable to sit on without any cushions. Overall quite satisfied for the money. Go ahead and pick one up.

This bench is nice looking and looks to be well-made. It was so easy to assemble. I am a 57-year-old woman with a healing broken humerus and torn rotator cuff, it took me 25 minutes from start to finish. I put all of the wooden pegs in first then leaned the bench up on one side. The inserted the screws on one side and the back part of the seat, but didn't tighten all the way. Then I leaned the bench on its back, then tilted up on the other side and inserted the screws. I then tightened all the screws. It was so easy. Can't wait until the weather warms up so I can put it out in my back yard. I may buy another for the front yard.

I actually am fairly pleased w this bench. I also purchased the natchingbend table and chair. My issue is having to apply the linseed oil, the slats are very close together making the application somewhat difficult and very time consuming. I believe this alllication could be done at the manufacturer and appropriately wrapped for shipping. At the very least(although my prior suggestion makes much more sense), at least include a can of linseed oil and a couple if application cloths w the product so the customer dies not have tonourchase seperately, oh a couple pair if plastic "one size fits all" plastic gloves would also be appreciated.

I can't say enough about this bench and this company. I called them because I needed the bench delivered faster than Amazon estimated for a very sad memorial. The service was spectacular, they went above and beyond to make a sad day a little easier. As for the bench itself, it's exactly as pictured, the quality is amazing, and overall it's gorgeous. I WILL purchase from this company again and I will tell everyone of how wonderful they are. We are so happy with this bench.
