Elegance and presence in every detail
By Alvarez99 on Reviewed in the United States on June 5, 2025
This Invicta men’s watch is simply spectacular. From the moment I took it out of the box, its bold and sophisticated design impressed me. The quality of the materials is immediately noticeable—it feels solid, well-built, and has a weight that conveys durability and luxury. The metallic finish, the details on the dial, and the precision of the movement reflect a level of craftsmanship that’s hard to find at this price point. It’s a watch that stands out without being too flashy—perfect for both formal occasions and everyday wear. Additionally, the mechanism runs flawlessly, and the water resistance is a great bonus that adds versatility. I’ve worn it to meetings, events, and casual outings, and I always get compliments. Without a doubt, an excellent investment for anyone looking for style, quality, and presence in one accessory. Highly recommended!

Warranty Scam
By Robert Smith on Reviewed in the United States on May 29, 2019
Poor quality and refusing to stand behind warranty claim. Crown came out of watch while adjusting time. Watch was worn 5 or 6 times during the first 3 months of ownership as a Christmas present while deployed with the US Navy. Could not wear it with my uniform hence the reason only worn 5 or 6 times while in port visits. You have to pay $29 just to get a work order to send it in. I paid and sent it in, has a warranty of 3 years which clearly states the crown is covered. They sent me an invoice for $184 to fix. I replied to the email that it was a warranty issue. They then sent me an invoice (without any response to my email) for $98. I then called and had to wait an hour for a call back to speak to a sales associate who would not even listen. She just kept saying the crown is only covered if it unscrews. Which is not stated in the warranty. I asked for a supervisor after she just kept talking over me. I was forwarded to Sage Cederickson, he tried at first to say that what I had was the old warranty and that the new warranty does not cover the crown (I assume they realized this defect in the watch they didnt want to cover). I advised him that it didnt matter what the new warranty stated they had to go by the warranty that came with the watch. I advised that the Crown/stem was covered in the wording of the warranty under the movement since its attached to the gears which is where it pulled out from. Also under the hands section which it controls. Sage then started reading from "His copy of a warranty" about a limited warranty which does not cover accidental damage" I read through the warranty again and advised him that those words were no where in the English version of the warranty book included with the watch. But even if it wasnt accidental damage when it broke during the normal function of adjusting the time to a new port time zone. Sage then proceeded to tell me that the invoice was now NOT $184, nor the $98, it was now $60. Now a reminder that I had already paid $29 for "shipping" just to get a work ticket number in order to send it Back for the warranty claim. Let me now say I only paid $73 for the watch new. Now at the minimum they would get $102 to fix a warranty claim on a $73 watch. Now just to remind you the $29 plus the first invoice of $184 would be a total of $213 they wanted to fix a warranty issue on a $73 watch. I have to wonder how many people just paid that first invoice they receive.... When I still said that was unacceptable he proceeded to tell me with an attitude that they would just send it back not repaired. I said at that point I wanted to speak to his supervisor. He stated there was no one over him, I said so you are the CEO?? He said no so I said so there are people over you. I said I would be handling it further with the corporate office. Sage then said you didnt even send in the Crown piece with the watch. At which time I said oh hell no, no one had stated before the crown wasnt included with the watch that would have been what they missed at the very start if that was true. I told him i had taped it to the watch and he said no i had not it was no where in the box. I told him it was tape to the watch so it would not fall out. Then wrapped in bubble wrap because they tell you not to send it in the original packaging or along with any booklets. Then it was placed in a box sealed with first shipping tape the priority mail tape and was shipped insured which they have to sign for as the box not being damaged. He repeatedly said i had not sent it in i said well you better talk to the women before him who had it. He i guess found it because he let go of the claim i had not sent it in. At this time I did a quick couple of internet searches and saw where there are more than a couple of lawsuits against them for prices of service on warranty issues including one class action so obviously the run around I was getting was not an isolated incident. Well I then received another call from Utah from a Male who identified his self as "Bailey" who then said it would cost NOT $184, NOT $98, NOT $60 BUT it would now cost $40. For the repair, I still wonder how many people would have just paid the $184 + $29 due at first invoice. I asked Bailey if he was Sages supervisor he said he was so I went on the journey of my experience so far and said at this point i still stand on it being as stated clearly in the warranty, covered under the warranty. I said at some point principal had to come into play and i would not be paying Invicta or International watch whatever another dime and i would be checking into the class action lawsuit or my own cause of action against them. I was advised i would be getting my watch back not repaired and i am now on my mission to FIRST, make others aware on the warranty.. well seeing what I went through I cant think of a better description other than a scam. SECOND, I will continue to seek repair under the warranty stated as covered whether that was the "old" one or not.
