Cat Cora 10" Hard Anodized Fry Pan

I wanted an anodized pan to do my fast high heat searing with, so not to hurt my non-stick pans; anodized aluminum is fairly tough & cleans up easier than raw metal pans do. This one was priced modestly so I thought I'd give it a try. The quality & looks are above average, it performed nicely, though I feel it could use a little thicker bottom, for more even searing; lower heat cooking wouldn't show this or matter as much. For this reason, I only rate it 4.5 out of 5 stars, but still recommend it for it will be hard to beat for the price & otherwise has a long quality life ahead of it. See it in use >
