Very large and good quality

Be prepared to buy a ton of ornaments because this thing is humongous. It’s a beautiful tree and super tall and wide. Definitely true to the height and width advertised. We were tired of buying “7ft” trees only for them to actually be about 5. I feel like this is the best deal for what you get. I have no complaints. The set up took a while to separate the branches to fluff it up but I expected that based on other people’s reviews. It took about an hour and a half for my husband and I to set it up and fluff it.

3 years in and lights are cashed out
By Dan on Reviewed in the United States on December 19, 2023
We bought this tree in 2020 so we're 3 years in. It's a decent tree for the money. Does take a lot of work every year to "fluff" the branches so the tree will look full. Branches tolerate the kids bending them back and forth and they retain their shape. Now here's the reason I say go elsewhere. Last year I replaced about a dozen bulbs. This year about a dozen more and then I ran out of replacements. I called National Tree Company and they said they'd send me the old-style bulbs which have a longer connection on the bottom, which is what they had in 2020. In 2021 they went to a shallower connection. Well they sent the newer ones. I called back and they said they'd send me the correct ones. It's been weeks now and I still don't have them. I came home from work today and the entire bottom row of lights and the row above that are toast. Tried changing the fuses, but then realized every bulb that wasn't lit was completely burned out; glass of bulbs are black. No fuse is fixing that, and I can't get this company to send me the correct bulbs to change them out. Boo customer service. Boo. I'll probably keep the tree and strip the lights out of it when I take it down. It is unrealistic to expect the tree lights to last forever, I get that. It is realistic to expect that a company will sell you the replacement parts for when the time comes to swap them out. Who knows what bulb they'll be using in 3 more years. A decent enough tree if you understand you will need to run your own strands of lights through it in the future, as customer service is paltry.

Gorgeous lighting - Looks real!

This was super easy to assemble and took about an hour to spread out all the branches. It looks so full and pretty! The color and texture makes it look so real and the lights are spread out beautifully. If I had any negative at all it would be that there’s nothing to tighten the connections of the middle section to the bottom one. You can adjust the stand easily to make it nice and tight on the bottom section, but the piece above that can still slideif something were to pull.push on it. It’s not an issue here as we have no small kids or cats but I could see it being a problem if that were the case. Otherwise it’s definitely sturdy when left alone…totally gorgeous, and perfect for the holiday season!

Very nice. It's a bit of work thou. Very heavy to handle, had my husband help set it up for the first time. And also got it back in the original box, which was good for storage. But the lighting cord wasn't easy to take out of the tree. Need to adjust it next year to make it easier access. It was over and under the branches which made it hard to remove.
First Year with a Fake Tree

We usually have a tradition to go to a tree farm with the kids to cut down a real tree, but with the increased prices and being more environmentally sensitive…. We decided to go with a fake tree. After doing a lot of research, reading reviews, etc., we decided to buy this one in August to have ready for the holidays. We just put it up today and it took about an hour to set it up and fluff out all the branches for the first time. We are really happy with this purchase! The tree is really full, it’s the perfect size and height for our space and there are a LOT of prelit lights! It really makes our living room glow.

I have always insisted on a "real" tree but my husband and I get getting older (mid 70's and mid 80's) so we decided to try an "unreal" one (I hat the term fake) and we are thrilled. i was worried when I read the reviews. Now I will admit we got a 6 1/2 foot tree which probably made it easier to deal with than a taller one. It was a snap to put up. Yes, there a LOTS of branches but that's what makes it look so real. My suggestion is to put it up as soon as you get it and take your time "fluffing" it. The cool thing about it is if you see holes, they are easy to fill by just moving the branches around. And it looks so real!
A really nice-looking tree

I've had artificial trees my whole life (I'm allergic to pine) and this is definitely the nicest tree I've purchased. Here are my thoughts: The 9 foot tree has 4 sections and it took me about 1.5 hours to put it together and fluff all the branches this first time. I anticipate it will be faster in future years because the few issues I had with light strings preventing certain branches from falling into place have been corrected. Also, when the tree gets put away at the end of the season, I'm never able to compress the branches back to original packaging shape. So, fluffing won't be the same job next year. The branches are very full and it fluffed up nicely as I went along. The photos I added show each layer after fluffing. Be sure to watch the video for the easiest way to do one layer segment at a time. Without tying back the upper layers it would have been a lot more difficult. This is my first season with the tree and all the lights are working. There are two branches that have some fibers hanging - these are the fibers that connect the smaller branches to one another- and this is the type of wear normally associated with an older tree. But it was minor and on the lowest section so not a big deal to me. If there were more branches with hanging fibers I would have asked for a replacement. Other than this small defect, the tree appears to be very sturdy, the branch sections move stiffly/firmly and hold in place well. The lights are well spread out- I didn't see any noticeable dim spots. I took a couple photos with light behind the tree so you can see the general fullness of the branches. Real trees do have places where you can see thru a little and I like that this tree has that also, making it appear more realistic. Once the ornaments and garland are on, any small gaps were even less apparent. One tip- we opted to affix our tree topper to the uppermost section before placing this section on the tree. Even with an appropriate sized ladder, this was helpful because the base of the tree extends out so far. My only negative - the lowest branches are very low. There isn't much room for gifts directly underneath the tree. In the past, with older artificial trees, we've simply removed the bottom rung of branches and this alleviated the issue. With the hinged branches, this is not an option. Overall, I love this tree. It was a good value for a very nice-looking tree that I hope will last for a bunch of years.
Beautiful tree! Not for people who don’t like to work

I enjoy putting up and decorating trees so to me this tree is gorgeous and full and sure to make a statement in your home… however if you are not ready to fluff every branch and twig of every layer it will not look full. So if you don’t like work… don’t do it! The fluffing alone took me over an hour. But I love this tree and if how it looks in the end is the most important part to you then definitely get it!

Beautiful realistic artificial Christmas tree! Perfect height and width. I gave it 4 stars because it is very heavy. At least for me.

When I ordered this there were free promos running and I was supposed to receive 1 free foot pedal plug & a free ECHO Pop. Neither of these items arrived with the tree. I haven't finished setting up the tree but I do hope for the price it looks nice bc all the others at this size were unnecessarily expensive.
