Great pan to have

This is a very versatile pan. It's non-stick surface makes it great for searing meat on top of the stove. It is oven-safe to 400 degrees. The handles stay cool. The glass lid allows the cook to see what is going on. It is big enough to hold lots of food. It is very easy to clean. Love it!

I really didn't need a pan this big. The quality is great like the other Anolon pots I have, but wouldn't buy again because of the size.
