Great set at a great price

First the package arrived quickly and well packaged, the box did not show any damage, but once opened one of the glass bowls was broken, funny it had another glass bowl inside the broken one and it was inside another glass bowl and the other twowere in good shape. Anyway I reported it and then got an email from the original shipper, WOOT, and they did a fantastic job making it right, shipped me a new set, sight unseen and did not haveme ship back the broken set. My wife is in heaven, the set looks great and she was thrilled with their customer service.

The dishes are good, but the lids need major improvement.

I haven't had any problems with breaking, but I am extremely paranoid with Pyrex and am very careful. I've used all the dishes in the oven, stored them in the freezer, and put them in the dishwasher. While I agree that Pyrex from 30 years ago is better than what they are making today, these do the job well enough.I like that the rectangular pans have longer handles than other Pyrex dishes.The lids are borderline useless. The ones for the square and rectangular pan barely stay on, and there's nothing remotely close to a seal. The round lids are a bit better, but still no seal. I have other Pyrex dishes with lids that are much better than these.
