Very sharp, nice design

This pair of kitchen shears cuts through anything. I've used it to score skin/fat on pork chops, to spatchcock whole chickens, and lots of other stuff. The blades are short, so they are slightly different to other kitchen shears out there. But it's sharp, sturdy, and easy to clean. Great product

Difficult to use

These shears are sharp and strong as promised, but are very difficult to open. Perhaps my pair is a lemon? A triangular ridged wedge is supposed to be slid down to release the blades, but is bloody hard to move.
