Great Bag with style
By Timkatmom on Reviewed in the United States on January 2, 2025
I have had my Travelon bag for many years. I am traveling with a friend that does not have anything like this so I bought one for her. I liked it so much. I just bought a second one for me. This bag has a lot more pizzazz and doesn’t look so boxy as the one I had before that I do like. This is a crescent shape, and there is plenty of room and pockets to separate all of your essentials, such as a wallet, a passport, make up items, even a small umbrella or iPad can fit in the bag . The two main compartments have the clip on lock. The ones in the front and back of the purse do not but they do have a zipper or a snap. This makes it easy to put your absolute essentials like your wallet in the part that you could lock in case somebody tries to pickpocket you in case someone tries to pick pocket you! The strap is very thick, which is important when you are traveling so somebody cannot come back and cut your strap and it slows wear and tear on the bag. You cannot go wrong with buying this bag even as an every day bag because it looks so nice as well as functions the way it’s supposed to.

Not made well anymore
By AMason on Reviewed in the United States on March 9, 2024
This was my second purchase of this bag. The first one lasted years. This one literally lasted 30 days on a trip. Ridiculous. That’s a strap has broken. And of course it’s just outside of the return window by two weeks. I loved the Travel on brand, but I will never purchase it again due to this. It’s made like garbage now. It was a complete waste of money. Apparently I’m not even home from my trip. I would take a picture, but I have already packed it in my suitcase because it’s not safe to carry it through the airport with the strap pulled completely loose. I’m having to use a backpack I bought for a third of the price. And when I get home stateside, I’m going to contact the company I’d like a replacement. This is ridiculous. If they replace it, then I’ll be happy, but I still caution others to be aware of. This is not made like before. The strap pulled completely completely loose and I did not have it completely overstuffed or anything. It was full, but not heavy. There was no reason for the strap to actually pull loose of the stitching. That’s for a purse that’s supposed to be theft proof if they aren’t supposed to be able to cut it, they shouldn’t be able to yank on it real hard, and have the strap just give way. And that’s what would have happened. Anybody could have tugged on this and my purse would be gone because the stitching is awful. couldn’t believe it when I saw that the entire strap had pulled loose from the body of the purse and it’s over unless I take it to a seamstress and have it fixed for what I paid I’ll have to do but I shouldn’t within 30 days of use. Especially this isn’t what their stuff used to be like. Maybe they sold the name and it’s coming from some Chinese manufacturer or something but it’s garbage now.
