If there was a 10 star option, I would select it. I love this board. I collect high quality wood board games and this one is truly outstanding! There are magnets in the board and base that allow you to turn the face of the board but then lock in once it’s turned. I am critical of expensive things. I believe if you are going to charge a premium fee, you need to deliver a premium product and this game board delivers! I cannot think of a single thing the could improve. I love it. My kids love it. I leave it out because it is so beautiful to look at and functional to play with. It’s awesome!

Very nice board, tiles could use an upgrade

The board looks and feels very well made. Brass hardware and drawer are a nice touch. The height is very comfortable on a dining room table for gameplay. The wood looks beautiful and it stays out as a display item even when we're not playing it. The letter tiles had a few defects. One letter was missing the point value. It would be nice if the drawer had room to hold a Scrabble dictionary or if the set included a luxury scrabble dictionary edition. The score sheets are a little confusing in terms of how the ledger is organized so take a good look at where to write each person's score and note that there is a spot to tally as you go long. I would have liked to have a pocket inside the scorebook to put old sheets.
