Great product for turning meat and other food products in non-stick skillets, pans or casserole dishes that you do not wish to scratch or gouge. I find it particularly useful in turning thick steaks, pork chops, thick chicken breasts and thighs.

Can't take the heat as an all metal fork would. Not all that strong of tins
