Cuts like butter. Great, light weight knife. Stays sharp through several uses. I still like to use a sharpener after using for awhile

Bad Handle

The wood on the handle must not have been dry when the knife was made, the top of the tang was high enough that it was very rough and the rivets holding the knife together poked out the side, again very sharp edges to hold onto. I never used the knife so I don't know how it cut. It's too bad, it looked like it would have been nice. I sent it back.
