Beautiful, practical, useful and desirable!

I LOVE this canister! It is exactly 8.5” tall and can hold pasta, rice, dried fruit, nuts, cotton balls, liquids, solids, stuff in any and every room! It is practical but also can add color to your room with whatever you choose to put in it. It can hold much more than I expected. It is aesthetically pleasing and goes with my other canisters and my kitchen’s silver highlights. It arrived in perfect condition, which was impressive as it is glass. And it isn’t that cheap glass you think could break. It is sturdy. And I love the inside top as not hard to open (twist off top), yet secure. I think it is airtight so not worried about what’s in it going stale. Much better quality than the cheap knock-offs you see out there that aren’t worth your money. I expect to keep this for years and years and years. LOVE it!! 5 stars!

I bought this because someone recommended it fit chaffles made on the mini dash waffle maker perfectly, and that it does. Maybe a bit too we’ll. It’s a bit hard to get them in and out since the mouth is just slightly smaller than the container. But what brings down the rating is the lid. It does not screw on snug. Even after screwing it completely on, it rattles. And I have to be very careful not to pick it up by the lid because there’s a 50/50 chance it will just pop right off and the canister itself will drop. The whole canister seems kind of cheaply made, but if the lid issue was fixed, I’d bump it up to a 4 star.
