One pillow does it all.

Replaces 6 pillows I had to arrange for back, neck, and 2 shoulders in order to get pain relief in bed, and the 6 would shift around during the night, so I often awoke with pain. I tried different wedges, but they were so hard I still needed pillows on top of them, and they would shift, too. NO MORE. No pain sleeping, no shifting during the night. Cloud-like softness, yet supportive in the best way. I get in bed and immediately relax, instead of squirming around trying to get comfortable. Much better sleep quality, too. Note that the pillowcase for this does not fit well and gaps because it has no fasteners. But the pillow, sublime!

Less plush, firmer..

This was a suggested item to purchase for recovery from breast surgery. I bought it to support me in bed. I found a stain on it, used before? Also, it looks more plush, than what I found it to be. It worked OK, but did not meet my expectations. If I had the where withal after surgery to return it, I would have.
