I love these pans

I love these pans. I got my first small pan with a credit card reward 3 years ago and it still works and looks like new. I bought the whole set and love it. Amazingly non-stick - you really do not have to use butter or oil unless you choose to do so for flavor. They direct you not to use high heat and, in fact, because it conducts and evenly spreads the medium heat, you don't need to use high (although, I have not tried to boil water this way.) The cleanup is so easy - I use a paper towel to wipe it first and then use mild soap and nonabrasive sponge.

Finish started to come off after a few months and the "warranty" will not replace them.

I purchased this set because of the "quality" and "lifetime warranty". I cleaned and stored all of the pans and lids properly. They were great for the first few months. The nonstick finish slowly stopped working on some of the pans and after about 6 months the finish started to peal off around the edges where the lids touch. I've been trying to have them replaced through cuisonart customer service. I was told that at this point they are under a limited warranty, I would have to pay shipping, mail the set back in to have them evaluated, go several weeks with no cookware and then pay the shipping to have them returned and there was no guarantee that the would even be replaced.
