Would be perfect EXCEPT!!!

I bought this 9x13 Cuisinart baking pan because I already own Cuisinart 9" round cake pans and they are wonderful! The 9x13 is well made, very sturdy, BUT THE SIDES ARE NOT STRAIGHT! Which means my cake, when I flip it out onto a cake board for decorating, will have to be trimmed EVERY time before frosting so the sides will be straight. At this price, I will be returning the pan.
