Good Product; Worth the Price

Heavy duty piece that will not curl or bend in a hot oven (but likely not the case in an extremely hot oven over 450 degrees) The instructions are like a legal document but don't panic. Just be careful not to hit or scratch the surface with a piece of metal, and don't use an oily spray (oil itself is OK). This item should give many years of good food and good service even with a little abuse.

All my Cuisinart bakeware are a year old and look like i've had them forever. Scratched and rusty. Probably don't use them in the dishwasher
