I had purchased a set like this a long time ago and really liked them. When one broke I was glad to be able to replace them. What do I like about them? The oval shape fits easier into container openings, bags, etc. They also stack easily inside my larger 2 and 4 cup measuring cups because they are more slender than a round one. Cabinet space is important. These have sturdy handles that are long enough to get a good hold of and the cups are not so hard as to be brittle, but not at all flimsy.

Awful false advertising

The product information states these are stainless steel, but they are plastic. Amazon allows false advertising, and the responsibility of return fees are dumped on the customer. Bad business... Very bad business!

I bought these cups as a gift for my mother in law. They are really nice. She wanted to replace another set of black measuring cups that had the numbers washed away. These cups have the measurements engraved so no risk of that. She loves them! The plastic seems to be sturdy and has a sleek finish to it. Maybe one little thing, the measuring numbers are kind of small. Overall, they are a great choice for heavy use.

The brand name of this product is what caught my attention. Unlike most products by this manufacturer the plastic is extremely cheap, like the vinyl used for very cheap kitchen items found at the local dollar store. You will not be happy with the build quality of these cups.

I bought these measuring cups to replace an old cheap plastic set I have had for years. The discription states they are stainless steel. They are black PLASTIC. They will work for what I need them for, but disappointed they are not steel.
