Lightweight, high quality bowls with lids - great!

I wanted to replace my heavy melamine mixing bowls with something lighter and easier to keep clean. This set is perfect. They’re so light, it’s effortless taking them down from the shelf. The lids are really handy - they can go directly in the fridge, or use for marinating. Couldn’t be happier with them.

Seems to be of good quality, but the lip on one bowl is split.

My order came in quickly and was exactly what I wanted. However, the lip of the 3 qt bowl was split. I have had numerous Cuisinart products in my life and all were of good quality. Having a split in the top of a stainless steel bowl is not good quality in my opinion.
