These clamshells are unusual enough still to be conversation pieces. But mostly, they are very useful in grabbing a lot of salad like food in one go. Speeds up the buffet line.

Great idea, poor design (fell apart)

Unfortunately, it fell apart before we could use it even the first time. For a few days I played with it to see if I could put the pieces back together, but today I returned it with regret. I gave it an extra star because it is indeed a great idea, but apparently not a good design. I love the idea, but hate that it fell apart. The color selection is also a bit gaudy (kiwi is not horrible), but that's a moot point.
