Perfect Rice Cooker and Steamer

This rice cooker works very well. I'm leaving a review because I dropped the lid from 8' in the air while trying to read the bottom of the rice cooker and it shattered. I found out the hard way that it is made from safety glass, which is less likely to give you serious cuts than traditional non-laminated glass. It's certainly not the manufacturer's fault that it broke. I should be able to use it just fine with another pot lid that I have.

Too many auto shutoffs

I've been using this about a year and half. Its been ok except way too many times have I set it up and turned it on and it did the auto shutoff, so when everything else for dinner was done, the veggies weren't. It's going in the trash today because I bought something different today.
