Nice, heavy (but not too heavy to lift easily)

Nice, heavy (but not too heavy to lift easily), nicely balanced and FLAT BOTTOMED!! Works great on our wretched glass-topped stove. I've had it at very high heat (a couple times without oil or food...oops) and it has not warped. Perfectly flat. I regret wasting money on similar-sized skillets at the discount/department stores the past few years. Shoulda' bought this level of quality years ago. Heats evenly, easy to clean, and....did I mention? It's FLAT BOTTOMED!!

This started out as a great pan, but I've now had it a year and the non-stick coating is gone in many areas. Five stars for a great, even-heating, large pan, but 2 stars for durability.
