I love, love, love this grill. I never knew I needed one until I got this on a whim. I cooked some brussels sprouts on them and they were nice and charred. Clean up is very simple. Nothing sticks to this pan. I also love that it's deep enough to capture the liquid and comes with a nice lid so you can contain the splashes.

I was quite disappointed with this skillet. It's nothing like the Anolon I used to have. It sticks after 3 uses. I don't recommend this product.
