Excellent product

I love this item!! followed directions, soaked disk, added to container. My brown sugar was a brick! I had little hope, thought I would have to buy fresh. I put it in the container- MAGIC !! next day soft brown sugar. cannot believe I went without this for so long. I love it. still using, brown sugar still soft! Highly recommend. Trying to figure out how to send one to my daughter in the UK

Flour storage good; leveler a problem

I received the flour storage container in a timely fashion. The size is perfect for a 5 pound bag of flour. I put my flour in the container, closed it and then opened it again to see how easy it is to open. The seal and fastener worked well. However, when I opened it second time, the flour leveler had fallen off. I had not touched it. I tried to figure how to re-attach it with no success. I was not able to reach the company to find out if there was an easy trick to reattach it. Because I needed it right now, I kept it. The container itself is good. The leveler; not so good.
