Love this Roasting Pan!

Very nice, substantial, but not too heavy roasting pan! I love the rack, too. The pan’s handles are on hinges, so they lay flat, allowing the large pan to easily fit in my standard GE oven. We fit a 17.17 lb butterball turkey in it. Wouldn’t get bigger than that. But we ordered 2 of these; and they just barely fit side-by-side in my oven. So, we plan to do 2 16 lb. turkeys this Thanksgiving for a big family gathering we’re hosting. It’s super easy to clean! Best. Roasting pan. Ever.

This was initially a great pan. I love the size and the shape of the rack. However, after only 7 months and maybe 5 or 6 uses the teflon is peeling in 2 places. Not a happy camper. I enjoy nice things in my kitchen arsenal but I won't recommend this product.
