We too have this in our office as well and prior to the previous comment, our unit has no issues. Have had this model for a couple years now and it works great.

The worst printer I have ever used

I have this printer in my office, and while I am aware that printers are from hell-this is especially bad. It is constantly breaking down over the smallest of issues. If there is a speck of dust on the scanner it will not scan a document or it will leave marks on the page. It also jams if you try to copy/print more than a few pages, even though it is an industrial printer, and should be able to handle it. It jams so often someone in my office put a sign on it as a joke "Call me Bob Marley because I'm always jammin". I am constantly begging for a new printer, because I am close to going "Office Space" on this one. Please if you have any respect for the people you work with do not buy this printer.
