Takeya Double Wall Stainless Tumbler

Stated in the description: "The twist-lid prevents spills" What do you take that to mean? That when then the lid is fully sealed, water will not come out? Yeah, me too. However, the reality is that this so-called "tumbler" leaks pretty substantially, and after contacting Takeya they said it wasn't designed to prevent leaks but rather spills. It was my problem to deal with. Seriously? What if I sold a traditional backpack and said, "various compartments allow you to safely store your books," but neglected to mention the zippers only shut half way. Deceptive?
