She likes it just fine (she was surprised and happy to get something new)

I ordered this for my mother who was still using an old white rubber set and I wanted her to have something newer for the Holiday dinners coming up.. She likes it just fine (she was surprised and happy to get something new), and it's more updated and stylish than past years' rubber sets. She does like the new angle of sitting the long way against the sink, which gives her more room lengthwise on the sink counter to do other things. I just wish it had the old fashioned glass holders, but as others have said, as long as you don't have too many other large items at one time, there is enough room. She washes dishes once or twice a day anyway, so there isn't much of a build up. The silver/grey color is very nice on the dark granite sink.

As other reviews indicated, the drain tray arrived cracked and broken under one of the tiny legs that it has. The quality of this item was way below expectations. I would not recommend this product to anyone. Even if the drain tray was not damaged, I would have returned it anyways. It is extremely light weight and will slide around on the counter top. The tiny 'fins' that hold the tray off of the counter are so small, I'm not sure how I would attached something with texture to keep it from sliding (think ice skating) around on my counter. The product arrived in a huge box with sufficient padding, the broken tray occurred prior to shipping meaning the seller knowingly shipped a damaged product to me.
