Travelpro Walkabout Lite 4 Rolling Tote, Wine

I ordered this bag in blue two years ago, and liked everything about it. I only used it to commute to work one or two days a week, since I have a 15 minute walk to and from the metro. When one of the wheels finally gave out, I called Travelpro customer service based on the manufacturer's claim above: "Removable ball bearing wheels which can be removed and replaced with a standard screwdriver". This was, in fact, the main reason I purchased this bag. However, the Travelpro rep informed me that their "overseas supplier" is no longer supplying the replacement wheels for this bag, so Travelpro will not be able to provide replacements as promised in it's advertising. Needless to say, I'm now shopping for a new bag (not Travelpro) and am hoping to purchase a set of replacement wheels upfront.
