Certainly does the job!

These hard and dense bed risers did exactly what I needed them to. Placed one under each of the four legs of my bed and they raised the whole thing up 5 inches. They provide me a good bit of storage space that I didn't have before and I know they will last for a VERY long time.

Just received these. They definitely don't feel as sturdy/hard as the old bed risers that used to be manufactured. These feel like a thinner, cheaper plastic (manufacturer cut some corners to try to save $$) that would easily crack under pressure. However, these are supporting less than 150 lbs of weight (bed and kid included), so we'll see how long they last. I went with the round base because I felt like it wouldn't tip over as easy, but we will see. I wouldn't recommend anyone purchasing these for supporting a heavy wooden bed frame and a grown adult.
